Not at all up to expectations, but it could be turned around with some effort Positive: I loved the concept of the hotel with the theme rooms. The rooms were very nice. Negative: The check in experience was terrible. The hotel had no front desk or people to greet us. Reviews mentioned friendly staff. The door was locked when we arrived at check in time! They had sent an email with a code that was sent to spam, because of the strange url it was sent from. What an awful start to a vacation weekend trying to figure out how to get inside! Also, breakfast was provided, but it wasn’t on the premises as described. You had to drive far away to a Comfort Inn. The room was nice but it had a long dead flower arrangement in it. Some decorations in the room were covered in layers of dust!

Overall a nice quiet night's stay Positive: Was not totally pleased, wife was not able to eat much, do to allergies to dairy. Negative: We had to go to a totally different place to eat breakfast and it was very limited

Beautiful Positive: In a word just: Beautiful... Stayed 2 nights for birthday celebration and visit to Falling Water. Lovely place, unique I would say, and staff responsive and helpful at all times. Highly recommend!!!

Positive: Location is not good. This place is beautiful and has been renovated from an old nunnery so it couldn’t be anywhere else for that reason. There’s just nothing to do in Connellsville. But lots to do/see about a 1/2hr drive outside of town. No complaints at all with the Chateau itself, it’s absolutely perfect in every way.
